Diamond Cove Homeowners Association Update

Queensland cn

Dear Diamond Cove Homeowners,

I hope this message finds you well. My name is Sonia Dantu, and I am honoured to introduce myself as the new President of the Diamond Cove Homeowners Association. On behalf of the newly elected board, I extend our warmest greetings and share our enthusiasm for the year ahead. We are committed to serving you and ensuring our community remains a wonderful place to live.

First, I would like to express our deepest gratitude to the past board members for their dedication and hard work. Their efforts have laid a solid foundation, and we look forward to building upon it.

Board Meetings and Community Involvement

To enhance communication and involvement, we plan to hold four board meetings a year – one per season. Our aim is to keep these meetings concise and productive. We will keep the community updated on board initiatives and upcoming events, and we encourage residents to join our Facebook page for the most current information. Please note that proof of ownership in Diamond Cove is required to be added to our socials.

Following the recent AGM, a brand-new board was elected. We appreciate your patience as we familiarize ourselves with your concerns and interests, such as playground updates, grass cutting, and more. Please keep in mind that our messages are written a month in advance.

Neighbourly Tips for Summer

As summer is upon us, let’s all make an effort to keep our community clean and safe:

• Help Out Your Neighbours: Check in on those who might need assistance with yard work or other tasks.

• Keep Our Surroundings Clean: Dispose of trash properly and maintain your property; together, we can keep our community beautiful.

• Stay Safe: Be mindful of children playing and drive carefully through our neighbourhood.

• Be Vigilant: If something or someone doesn’t seem right in our neighbourhood, you can always call 3-1-1 or the police non-emergency number for the best response for neighbourhood watch.

Communication and Contact

We believe in transparent and open communication. If you have any questions, suggestions, or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected]. We will ensure timely responses and look forward to hearing from you.

Thank you for your time and attention. We are excited to work together to make Diamond Cove an even better place to call home.

Warm regards,

Sonia Dantu
