Elbow Drive Planter Competition
Have you seen the planters popping with blooms and greenery on the Elbow Drive median? Hardworking volunteers took on planting, watering, and maintaining these planters—even through the water restrictions! In July, the Southwood Community Connectors ran a Facebook poll to award most appealing planter to one volunteer.
