Multisportball

Fall Session 2: October 19 to December 21

• Parented (2 to 3 years) – 9:15 to 9:55 am

• (3 to 5 years) – 10:05 to 11:00 am

In Sportball’s Multi-Sport classes, children learn the fundamentals of eight different sports in a fun, stress-free, non-competitive setting. Multi-Sport classes keep children moving and engaged and send them home with a new skill from a different sport each class. If you’re looking for a way to give your child a well-rounded sports-base that promotes their independence and leaves room for specialization later, look no further.

Little Veterinarian School – Marine Biologists Sea Turtles

Fall Session 2: November 7 to December 19

• 4 to 6 years – 5:30 to 6:30 pm

• 7 to 11 years – 6:45 to 7:45 pm

Immerse in Sea Turtle Magic: Learn, Protect, Release! Dive into the world of marine biology on this extraordinary expedition! The Little Vets program gives participants a hands-on, dynamic introduction to sea turtles. Each participant will become the caretaker of a plush sea turtle, conduct health checks, explore the diversity of sea turtle species, and learn about team efforts to rescue and release a plush Leatherback sea turtle back into the wild. The journey to become a marine biologist concludes with their own graduation ceremony, where participants are equipped to be advocates for the protection of sea turtles.

Sound Healing and Yoga Workshop

Ages 18+

Fall Sessions: October 16 or November 27 from 7:00 to 8:30 pm

Unwind from a stressful day with our Expansion Sound Healing and Restorative Yoga Night. This unique experience offers a path to relaxation for the mind, body, and soul. Set intentions and focus on positive affirmations to calm your mind. Release blockages stored in your chakras from suppressed emotions or physical injury to alleviate tension in your body. Allow the soul to purify itself through sound, breath, and vibrational release. By participating in this session, you can align with a sense of peace, positivity, and self-care. Join us and discover how sound therapy and restorative yoga can provide a peaceful way to relieve stress.
