Samyuktha was the winner of the Elementary Level and the Peoples’ Choice Award at the Chalk the Block contest on June 28!
Montgomery’s first street festival brought crowds, artists, community, and a completely unique arts festival to Calgary (the first chalk art festival in Canada!). The festival provided the biggest spotlight on Montgomery’s business area to date, with lots of great coverage.
There was creativity, so much creativity, (and fun artistic competition) at all ages and levels in the business area. Even a week later, the Canada Day/Life on the Bow-themed chalk art looked amazing. We hope you had a chance to see it.
