The Community Kitchen Program of Calgary offers a monthly Good Food Box program in Calgary communities. Fairview no longer has a volunteer program coordinator, but we are able to access this program through our neighbour, Acadia.
Each Good Food box contains a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables and there is local pickup right in Fairview! The content varies weekly due to seasonal availability.
Box options include
Small Box: $35 – approximately 20 to 25 lbs of fruits and vegetables
Medium Box: $40 – approximately 25 to 30 lbs of fruits and vegetables
Large Box: $45 – approximately 35 to 40 lbs of fruits and vegetables

For more information on ordering your Good Food Box, contact Leslie 403-689-6348 or 403-255-1252 before the monthly order date. She will provide instructions for payment, pick up date, time, and location in the community of Acadia. Payment will be required to secure your box. Pickup must take place on the date and during a specific time.
