Volunteer Opportunity – Fish Creek Ambassadors Needed

If you have been down to Fish Creek Provincial Park this month you may have noticed that the Bow Valley Ranch Visitor Information Centre is now open to the public. The Friends of Fish Creek are facilitating Visitor Centre operations through the Fish Creek Ambassador program.

This building is an amazing resource, and the Friends are excited to have a part in its daily operations. Since the beginning of July, hundreds of park visitors have come in to explore and learn something new about this truly amazing park.

The Friends are in need of members of the Fish Creek Community to act as volunteer Fish Creek Ambassadors to help out in the centre. If you are looking for a fun and unique volunteer opportunity and would like to share your knowledge about Fish Creek Provincial Park, this opportunity may be for you. Join the Fish Creek Ambassador program to share your knowledge about the park and help park visitors make the most of their visit to Fish Creek Provincial Park.

Shift times are only 3 hours in duration, the schedule is very flexible, and all training will be provided. Sign up online at https://friendsoffishcreek.org/fca and become a Fish Creek Ambassador today.
