Balanced Living in Brentwood

Nestled between Crowchild Trail NW and John Laurie NW lies the beautiful community of Brentwood. With amenities like Nose Hill Park, Market Mall, and Silver Springs Golf & Country Club just minutes away, Brentwood offers a plethora of things to do.

There are eight different schools located in the community, both public and separate, as well as the Brentwood Sportsplex. This facility functions as the home base for the community association and offers everything from swimming and sports, to bridge and playgroups.

Transportation and Access to Transit

The community has a train station right within it: Brentwood station. This LRT station is only eight minutes away by transit or bike from the community association and follows the red line which makes getting around the city easily accessible. For those who use other modes of transport, it is only a 20-minute drive to downtown or a 36-minute bike ride! Living in Brentwood offers a perfect balance of residential, community living while still being able to access the hustle and bustle of the downtown core.

The Brentwood Community Association was established in 1963.

The heart of community engagement lies in the Brentwood Community Association (BCA). A volunteer-based non-profit organization governed by a resident Board of Directors, the BCA offers a variety of services and programs. From a hockey arena to a banquet hall, residents can rent these facilities for their community events.

Brentwood Community Demographics

Brentwood is home to a diverse population of 7,410 residents, with a median total household income of $85,000. The community offers a balanced mix of housing options, including single-detached houses (60%), row houses (18%), and apartments in various styles (2% duplex or flat, 13% in buildings with more than 5 storeys). Brentwood’s population includes 24% immigrants from places such as China, India, Hong Kong, and the United States of America.
