The ECA board has had an eventful, and busy last few years. The building is undergoing a major refurbishment, as exterior stucco and insulation was replaced last year, and metal roofing and the skylight will be replaced this year. On the operations side, the building staff and board have worked through the COVID-19 pandemic and restructured to be more efficient.
The ECA 2023 Annual General Meeting is tentatively scheduled for May 11, 2023. The ECA board will have at least ten positions open for the annual election of board members. The ECA board meets monthly and is responsible for providing leadership on the operations of our community association, community centre, other facilities, and the ELM program.
We need new board members to provide leadership and oversight of our many projects. If you are interested in helping out, please contact us at the ECA office at [email protected]. Members of the board will talk to you about opportunities to serve on the board or on committees.
