Please Note: The Annual General Meeting is open to residents of Hidden Valley/Hanson Ranch, although only those with active memberships as of noon MDT on Friday, June 16, 2023* may vote.
*The deadline date and time for active and good standing membership is to facilitate creating and validating a voting list in time for the AGM: it is subject to review and clarification by the Board.

5. President’s report of the year’s activities – Vincent Lemire
6. Treasurer’s report (including a review of the significant initiatives pursued by the Board and performance relative to the budget for the preceding Fiscal Year) and the Audited Financial Statements – Heather McGeachy/Vincent Lemire
• Motion to accept Audited Financial Statements
• Motion for the Board to be given the authority to appoint an Auditor prior to the next AGM
