We would like to extend our well wishes to all of the Kincora residents, and a big thank you to all the people who are helping one another get through these tough times. It’s community support that binds neighbours and warms the heart!
If you have been impacted by COVID-19 and need to delay your 2020 Resident’s Association fee payment, the late/interest penalty will be waived for this year. Please note this only applies to the 2020 year and does not apply to outstanding balances.
This year, there is also an improvement in that your fees can be paid by e-transfer. Please check your 2020 statement package that arrived in March for the instructions.
