September already! It’s hard to believe the summer has gone and we’re getting ready for school and getting used to a new routine.
The changing of the season from the long glorious days of summer to the leaves turning colour. shorter days and crisp nights can be a little melancholy; feelings leftover from childhood, perhaps. But I think cooler weather will be welcome after the heat of the past few months.
I hope you had a wonderful summer and enjoyed all the season has to offer. Your Board is back, refreshed after the summer break, with some new faces and events to start fall off on the right foot.
We start September with our monthly meeting on the 13th and Bike Haven on the 15th. October 10 brings us a new offering, Business Networking Night followed by an exciting pathway painting opportunity on the 13/14th.
There are numerous home-based businesses in North Haven in addition to our popular local storefront ones. We are pleased to offer space for an evening to meet, connect and network.

As always, our meetings are on the second Thursday of the month, I urge you to come and meet your new Board members and discuss your ideas for projects or events you’d like to see happen in our neighbourhood.
