Please note, the CRA does not share our information with third parties. The CRA abides by all CASL laws regarding email information. Why do we need this information? We need this information to communicate effectively with our residents about the CRA and its facilities, assets, and emergency response, if needed.
What’s Happening at the Lake
The CRA is monitoring the developments related to COVID-19 and following guidelines from local health authorities. The majority of park facilities are now open. The health and safety of our members, guests, and staff are of the highest importance to the Chaparral Residents Association. 251st Chaparral Scouts
The 251st Chaparral Scouts are an active group in your community. Our mission is to help develop well-rounded youth, better prepared for success in the world. We do this by enabling thousands of young Canadians to engage in safe, youth-led, adventurous programs in hundreds of communities across this great country.
Beavers
Opening the door to friendship and adventure for girls and boys aged 5 to 7, Beaver Scouts discover the world through teamwork and fun activities.
Cubs
With the Cub motto, “Do Your Best”, girls and boys aged 8 to 10 take on new challenges with their Cub Pack, embarking on outdoor adventures and exploring a variety of fun activities like STEM projects and cultural experiences.
Scouts
Scouts aged 11 to 14 learn to blaze their own trail, delving into more leadership opportunities by planning adventures with their Troop and giving back to their community in a meaningful way.
Ventures
Developing life skills to climb the mountain of their goals and reach their personal summit, Venturers aged 15 to 17 embark on greater expeditions and acquire real-world experiences that prepare them for future success.

Yoga with Margo Sutter
Would you like to move better in your body? Join Margo for this Introductory Workshop on the use of Therapy Balls.
Learn the 7 techniques of Rolling that will help you maintain mobility, strength, and flexibility within your tissues.
This workshop will help you gain an understanding of the Power of Rolling your own body.
