Hello Fairview!
Happy February everyone!
The Fairview Community Association is excited for this year as we come into our 65th anniversary! Yes, 65 years! There have been some ups and downs to say the least. We are still here and as active as ever.
The FCA is working hard to organize and plan the many events we have coming up this year. “Many hands make light work” they say, and we could use some volunteers for different tasks for different events throughout the year. The tasks don’t need to be demanding or take a lot of time, but extra help sure helps the board and makes the events run smoother.
We have things like our Spring Fling, Wine and Cheese night, Fall Family Festival/Movie in The Park, and much more.
If you haven’t checked out the Flavelle rink, then please do! Jason, our rink master, has been working diligently in maintaining the rink and its great and its free. Located at 45 Flavelle Road SE in case you are new to the neighbourhood.
