The Heritage Communities Local Area Plan (LAP) was approved by the City’s Infrastructure and Planning Committee on April 5, and now will move forward to Council on June 20. In addition to the City’s engagement with current residents, the FCA has been involved in the working group for the project, composed of community association representatives, residents, and some industry representatives, since it began in 2019. The FCA submitted a letter of qualified support to committee for the plan in its current final draft form, which you can find on our website.
