In April, we welcomed back one of our community favourites, Birthday Bags for the Calgary Food Bank. This family-friendly initiative was a success and provided volunteer opportunities to assemble birthday bags at Park 96 with our friends at Parkland Cares.
In May, we will be welcoming spring and seeding our garden plots in Lake Bonavista to grow vegetables for the Calgary Food Bank. We will also be collecting garage sale donations to get ready for our annual garage sale in June! Sign-up information will be posted on our Facebook group for volunteer opportunities!
