Strength

Ages 16+ years

Winter Session 2: February 20 to March 26 from 1:30 to 2:30 pm

Strength is a low-impact fitness program designed to cater to individuals seeking a mindful and effective approach to physical well-being. This program provides a comprehensive workout experience without placing undue stress on joints and muscles, making it suitable for participants of all ages and fitness levels.

Residents: $100 | Non-Residents: $115

Drawing with Young Rembrandts

Ages 6 to 12 years

Winter Session 2: February 20 to March 26 from 6:15 to 7:15 pm

The Young Rembrandts Drawing program is designed to spark the budding artist within each child, fostering a love for self-expression and storytelling through the delightful medium of drawing.

Students learn fundamental drawing techniques, and develop their own unique style, unleashing their boundless creativity.

Residents: $110 | Non-Residents: $125

Little Veterinarian School

Various ages

Winter Session 2: February 22 to March 28

Ages 4 to 6 years – 5:30 to 6:30 pm

Ages 7 to 10 years – 6:45 to 7:45 pm

Children and horses have a unique and special bond. Now students can learn all about horses and their care from the newest Little Veterinarian School Equine program. Young veterinarians learn about the anatomy, maintenance of a horse, the ideal horse farm, saddlery, feeding, exercising, and much more.

Residents: $150 | Non-Residents: $165

Multisportball

Ages 1.5 to 3 years

Winter Session 2: February 25 to March 24 from 9:15 to 9:55 am

Focuses on physical literacy and social exploration as toddlers learn fundamental sport skills and participate in creative motor skill games, without losing any fun in the process.

Residents: $100 | Non-Residents: $110

Mental Health First Aid

Ages 18+ years

Winter Session 2: February 24 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is a certified program from the Mental Health Commission Canada. Participants complete Module One online prior to the in-person class. Module Two describes how to intervene for the Signs of Declining Mental Well-being. Module Three teaches how to intervene during Mental Health Crises. MHFA is an international program recognized as best practice in many industries.

Residents: $185 | Non-Residents: $200
