Take notice that the Annual General Meeting of the members of the New Brighton Community Association (the “Company”), will be held online (Zoom) on Thursday, June 13, 2024, at 7:00 pm (Calgary time) for the following purposes:
1. To receive the Audited Financial Statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2024.
2. To establish the number of Directors to hold office until the next Annual General Meeting and elect such Directors.
3. To elect the executive positions from the Directors that will hold office until the next Annual General Meeting.
4. To transact such other business as may properly come before the Meeting or any adjournment thereof.
