Our book choice for this month is Moon of the Crusted Snow by Waubgeshig Rice, which asks, how do we survive when the power goes out during a Canadian winter? You will also want to read the next apocalyptic novel in this series, Moon of the Falling Leaves.

Pickleball
Spring is coming and we are thinking pickleball. The courts at the hall will be dry soon and we will be instituting our usual schedule – Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings at 9:00 am. First-timers and beginners are especially welcome on Fridays. Equipment, instruction, and encouragement will be provided.
