Hello Glenbrook,
As we move into August, we find our days getting shorter once again. It won’t be long before the kids get ready to head back to school. I hope everyone had an opportunity to enjoy the summer.
The Glenbrook Community Association is looking for additional volunteers as we approach September and return to our monthly meeting schedule. We currently have a strong group that is very dedicated to ensuring that the work of enacting our mandate continues behind the scenes. However, we are always looking for new volunteers to help with existing and new events. If you have considered giving back to your community, I encourage you to reach out. Whatever your interests are, we can find you something that fits with your schedule and skills. Send a quick email to [email protected] and one of us will get back to you and find the best fit.
Please remember to watch your speed while driving through the neighbourhood as we enjoy the warm summer evenings. I hope to reconnect with you all this fall.
