I hope you enjoyed some time to relax this summer! September often brings energy to gear up and start routines back up again.
In Killarney, KGCA kick-offs look like this:
- Second year of the Brown Bag 4 kids program, now supporting more schools with healthy lunch options.
- The free Wednesday morning Tot Time program that was piloted last year with a new format, was a great success and has been approved as a regular KGCA program! Read on to see what the results were.
- The KGCA board welcomes some new volunteers to help us with our event planning strategy and capital project plans. Read on to hear from Luke and Elena and their ideas for the community.
- The Board will be finalizing the actions we want to take on against our community’s new three year strategic goals.
- The Community Hub and hall will undergo a five year review of the Facility maintenance requirements and improvement opportunities.
If you are looking for a way to connect with neighbours after the summer, come see how 34th street throws a block party on Sept 8! Open to all.
