• Improved Pedestrian Experience: Wider sidewalks, curb extensions, and seating areas for rest and socialization.
• Enhanced Mobility Options: Safer connections for pedestrians, cyclists, and drivers.
• Community-Centred Design: Urban elements that encourage gatherings and support local businesses. 33 Avenue will become a pedestrian-friendly hub, while 34 Avenue transforms into a shared corridor accommodating all modes of travel. These changes are designed to celebrate Marda Loop’s unique character and foster community engagement. As the construction season restarts soon, the vision for Marda Loop is coming to life.
