The Vice President:
• Is part of the Board of Directors of Cliff Bungalow – Mission Community Association
• Is a position that is elected annually at the Annual General Meeting or is appointed by the Board in between AGMs
• Is an ex officio member of all committees
• Fills in the role of the President when the President is not available
• May take on leading special projects
• May take on other matters and activities that may be requested by the Board
