Grades 5 and 6. Is your daughter “just not a math person”? Welcome to the club! Girls That Math is a small-group program that helps girls feel confident, capable, and dare we say excited about math (yes, really!). With a warm, low-pressure environment and a max of eight students per class, every girl gets the focused support she needs from an experienced teacher.
New in 2026: Weekly virtual homework support and accountability check-ins, so your daughter can get help whenever she needs it. Because math meltdowns were so 2025… let’s save the drama for Netflix this year.

Calgary Young People’s Theatre
Join Calgary Young People’s Theatre this summer for some dramatic fun at SCA Community Association. From July 13 to 31, 2026, kids age 4 to 18 can come and explore the performing arts and all its wonders through half day, full day, and teen specialty camps. Registration opens February 1, 2026. Painting with Watercolours
Watercolour is a beautiful, creative medium. Learn to paint like a master while exploring your own creativity and style. Watercolour techniques and ‘tricks of the trade’ will be shared and practiced before you dive into a variety of projects. including landscape painting, painting from photos, still life, animals, and portraits. There will be opportunities to paint outdoors; painting nature as you see it!

Theatre Performance – Summer with Shakespeare
Through drama games, fencing, and improv, learn about the greatest storyteller and playwright of all time! We will work with a script to rehearse scenes of a short play based on Shakespeare’s work, that will be presented the final afternoon of camp.
Dates: August 4 to 7, 2026. Time: Full Day. 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Ages: 9 to 15.
