When entering Hanson Ranch from Beddington Trail onto Hidden Creek Drive, you will see the entrance feature on the corner by Circle K. This corner lot includes a fence, sign, trees, and shrubs. This corner is owned by HVCA. It is the community association’s responsibility to maintain. This past summer, HVCA invested in the corner, hiring a contractor to remove the dead trees. As well, a group of volunteers did work clearing the site and trimming the shrubs. This effort resulted in significant improvement of the appearance of the site. In the past, HVCA has painted the fence and sign.
For many years, HVCA has had a local vendor clear the corner lot throughout the summer so that it looks tidy. Due to lack of support (low membership numbers), HVCA has not been able to renew the contract for lawn care this year. Without a community association, the Hanson Ranch sign would no longer be insured or maintained. If this is not the outcome you would like to see, please support HVCA by purchasing a membership.
