The Acadian was an exclusive product built by GM of Canada’s now-defunct Pontiac Division. Chuck was still a baby when dad came home with this ten-year-old car he had bought from the proverbial little old lady who owned it since new.
Like many people back then, she traded after every ten years and believed six cylinders was just fine.
Chuck and his dad restored it a few years ago, and more than doubled the horsepower with a 406-V8 and multi-speed automatic transmission. No more holding up traffic!
