Hello Discovery Ridge neighbours!

As spring and summer arrive, we turn our attention from ice rinks to pickleball and tennis at our Recreation Facility. Volunteers are also currently busy planning our two major outdoor special events – Stampede Roundup (June 22) and Music in The Park (September 7). We look forward to seeing all residents out and about at the DRCA facilities and events!

Watch for Bottle Shack Open Houses at certain events as well! Enjoy the beautiful artwork up close. See inside the Shack and learn how things flow from donations to funds for Recreation Facility operations.

There are many volunteer needs currently and coming soon, so please consider where you can assist, even if it is just for a little bit. We have also had Board members retire this year. Be part of the decision making and planning by considering a Board role as well. Contact us at [email protected] to discuss.

On a side note, we wish to thank our neighbours at the NDHA. These volunteers work tirelessly to ensure Discovery Ridge greenspaces, medians, etc., continue to be top in class. If DRCA volunteering opportunities aren’t of as much interest to you but landscaping type matters are, we encourage you to reach out to the NDHA to discuss volunteer needs they may have as well.

Be sure to watch for your regular DRCA Direct-To-Member emails for current communications. This continues to be our best resource to get information out quickly and directly to residents. The DRCA website is also always a wealth of information!
