Regarding Douglasdale Special Tax (maintenance and enhancement) Enhanced Landscape Maintenance Program (ELM) Community Reaffirmation Vote AGM
Every five years, ELM communities are required to re-evaluate program participation in the Enhanced Landscape Maintenance Program by holding a public meeting. The community must vote to confirm support for the tax levy.
Only property owners (not renters) in the Douglasdale community can participate in the Community Reaffirmation vote.
This vote will be held at the Douglasdale Eaglequest Golf Course on March 5, 2024, at 7:00 pm.
To participate in the vote, owners will need to validate their property ownership by producing a current driver’s license and their most recent property tax assessment. Names on both must match.

In addition, the Annual General Meeting of the Douglasdale Maintenance Association with be held following the conclusion of the voting process.
