Navigators are those special people who are pursuing the next wave of opportunity in technology, science, health, and energy among others. They are tackling big problems that need equally big thinking about solutions. And, they are helping us to explore ourselves and our time in history.
Their perspectives guide us, inform us, and inspire us. Join our more than one dozen Navigators on November 3rd for a full day of deep insights and dazzling performances from the stage, matched with thought-provoking interactions in our participant engagement zone – where you can share your own ideas with others who are equally curious about the world around them.
“Navigators is a showcase for ideas that explore our current state of humanity, and will help shape our future,” says Rahim Sajan, Curator and Co-Founder of TEDxCalgary. “Our speakers exemplify the type of deep thinking we need to have on these big opportunities and problems, and they’re being challenged to help us navigate forward into an increasingly volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous world.”
Participant engagements between sessions feature a rich and diverse range of interaction opportunities. These connect the speaker talks with hands-on opportunities for participants to bring their own ideas forward in a fun, curiosity-driven environment that includes adventures to various parts of the university campus.
Tickets are $55-$75 (inclusive of lunch and refreshments), and both tickets and more information can be found on their site
