Hiring a Contractor? Having issues with a Landlord? The Consumer Investigations Unit (CIU) work to ensure a fair marketplace for both the consumers and businesses. Our department provides an appropriate regulatory framework, and informs consumers and businesses of their rights and responsibilities.
