Hi everyone,
You are all invited to our Kick Start to Summer Community Event on Saturday, June 1 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm at the Mid-Sun Community Centre. This will include a magic show, one bounce house obstacle course and one smaller bounce house for our very young visitors, some carnival games, outdoor games, and a mini canteen. I’ll be there working with staff and other volunteers so please stop by and say hello. This annual event is one of our favourites with its main purpose to simply gather our neighbours and create community connections! We’d love to see as many of you as possible!
Our roof replacement is scheduled to start July 1, which means the community centre will be closed for the summer. We will miss seeing your friendly, smiling faces popping in throughout the summer, but the staff will be busy planning programs and events for the fall so keep checking our website and social media pages for information and reopening updates.
