Introducing Stinky and Simi! One cold night many years ago in Sunalta, there was a persistent and distinct meowing of a kitten. The sound got louder and became less of a “hey” and more of a “help!”

Out in the condo hallway, wedged between the open stairway door and the wall was the small bottom and long tail of the tiniest black kitten, showing kind and thankful green eyes. This poor kitten was in rough shape, and he smelled sour. “Hey there little stinky,” was the welcome, trying to make sense of his sudden appearance in the hallway of a second-floor unit.

After attempts to reunite “Stinky” with his owners, fondness grew and he became forever a well-loved Stinky, who made the move with his new family to Glendale. Simi was adopted from the Humane Society, shortly after Stinky was claimed. Simi was feral and needed a home. With a love for cats, it was an easy choice to bring Simi home too.
