Whitehorn Crime Activity was Up in September 2024
Whitehorn Calgary experienced 15 crimes in September 2024, in comparison to 10 crimes the previous month, and 15 crimes in September one year ago. The Whitehorn community has an average of 11.8 crimes per month. On an annual basis, Whitehorn had a total of 141 crimes as of September 2024, which is down 34% in comparison to 213 crimes as of September 2023. Total Whitehorn community crimes is calculated as the sum of break & enters (dwelling, commercial, and other premises), theft from vehicles, theft of vehicles, assaults (nondomestic), commercial robberies, street robberies, and non-domestic ‘other’ violence.
Whitehorn Calgary had 2 break and enter (B&E) crimes in September, in comparison to 0 B&E crimes in August and 0 B&E crimes in September 2023. On an annual basis, Whitehorn had a total of 3 B&E crimes as of September 2024, which is down from 17 B&E crimes as of September 2023.
Whitehorn had 10 vehicle related crimes (theft of or theft from vehicles) in September 2024, in comparison to 8 vehicle related crimes in the previous month, and 9 vehicle related crimes in September 2023. On an annual basis, Whitehorn had a total of 84 vehicle related crimes as of September 2024, which is down in comparison to 125 vehicle related crimes as of September 2023.
