Pineridge Crime Activity was Up in July 2024

Pineridge Calgary experienced 20 crimes in July 2024, in comparison to 3 crimes the previous month, and 14 crimes in July one year ago. The Pineridge community has an average of 17.8 crimes per month. On an annual basis, Pineridge had a total of 214 crimes as of July 2024, which is down 30% in comparison to 304 crimes as of July 2023. Total Pineridge community crimes is calculated as the sum of break & enters (dwelling, commercial, and other premises), theft from vehicles, theft of vehicles, assaults (nondomestic), commercial robberies, street robberies, and non-domestic ‘other’ violence.

Pineridge Calgary had 1 break and enter (B&E) crime in July, in comparison to 0 B&E crimes in June and 3 B&E crimes in July 2023. On an annual basis, Pineridge had a total of 10 B&E crimes as of July 2024, which is down from 37 B&E crimes as of July 2023.

Pineridge had 11 vehicle related crimes (theft of or theft from vehicles) in July 2024, in comparison to 1 vehicle related crime in the previous month, and 9 vehicle related crimes in July 2023. On an annual basis, Pineridge had a total of 104 vehicle related crimes as of July 2024, which is down in comparison to 162 vehicle related crimes as of July 2023.
