Rundle Crime Activity was Down in January 2024

Rundle Calgary experienced 12 crimes in January 2024, in comparison to 15 crimes the previous month, and 32 crimes in January one year ago. The Rundle community has an average of 20.3 crimes per month. On an annual basis, Rundle had a total of 243 crimes as of January 2024, which is down 33% in comparison to 364 crimes as of January 2023. Total Rundle community crimes is calculated as the sum of break & enters (dwelling, commercial, and other premises), theft from vehicles, theft of vehicles, assaults (nondomestic), commercial robberies, street robberies, and non-domestic ‘other’ violence.

Rundle Calgary had 0 break and enter (B&E) crimes in January, in comparison to 0 B&E crimes in December and 5 B&E crimes in January 2023. On an annual basis, Rundle had a total of 15 B&E crimes as of January 2024, which is down from 57 B&E crimes as of January 2023.

Rundle had 6 vehicle related crimes (theft of or theft from vehicles) in January 2024, in comparison to 10 vehicle related crimes in the previous month, and 20 vehicle related crimes in January 2023. On an annual basis, Rundle had a total of 143 vehicle related crimes as of January 2024, which is down in comparison to 207 vehicle related crimes as of January 2023.
