Hi, Ward 14!
Fall is such a beautiful and vibrant time of year. I find it is also a great time for a reminder to be safe and cautious on our streets, especially the residential ones. This is the time of year where kids are crossing streets, back in their school routines, and out trick-or-treating. It is important to give their safety some thought because they may not yet be quite mature enough to do that on their own.
In the online version of this column, I am going to speak briefly about the City’s upcoming budget deliberations again, because it is that time of year. I will also talk about another of the City’s useful online maps, and some upcoming changes to the public hearing process for City Council. If any other pressing topics pop up in the interim, they will find themselves in the online column too.
