According to the 2021 City of Calgary Census, Cityscape is home to 5,085 residents in private households., with a median household income of $108,000. At that time, 29% of the community was between 0 and 14, making this a great place to raise a family. The average household size for the community of Cityscape is 3.9 persons, emphasising the community’s family-friendly vibe. Furthermore, of the 1,320 occupied dwellings, 66% are single-detached homes, and 32% are row houses.

Cityscape is one of Calgary’s most multicultural communities, with 64% of residents being immigrants, primarily from India, the Philippines, and Pakistan. This rich cultural diversity is further highlighted by the fact that 58% of the population speaks a non-official language as their mother tongue, with Punjabi being the most common.
