Hello Evergreen residents,

Hope all are doing well.

CECA is putting the plans for the events and programs for 2024. The calendar would be posted on social media and the CECA’s website. Stay tuned!

We managed to build the ice rink at the usual location at 1150 Everridge Drive SW, east of Marshall Spring School. Credit goes to the dedicated volunteers (two to four volunteers) who were working around the clock (yes, sometimes flooding at 10:00 pm) to install and maintain the community ice rink. It takes a lot of efforts and cost to maintain the rink. You can help us by purchasing or renewing your membership and also volunteering with the group that maintains the rink. Please email [email protected] to include you in the list of volunteers.

Did you know that we have a Facebook page called “Evergreen Rink Rats” dedicated to the ice rink? Please visit the page, like and comment so that it shows you the notifications whenever there is an announcement, a call for volunteers, or updates for the rink users.

Calgary Evergreen Community Association (CECA) is a separate entity form Evergreen Residents Association that most of residents are paying an annual fee of $105 (homeowner fees) which is used for ongoing operations and maintenance of the community entrance features and feature park sites. All CECA’s activities are funded through membership sales, grants, and generous donations of businesses and residents. You can buy membership by visiting membership page on our website: www.myceca.ca. Annual membership is $20 per family per year. This membership also entitles you for free admission the majority of our events.

If you have any questions about what is happening in Evergreen, you can always contact us at [email protected].

Thank you for your continued support.
