Cornerstone Crime Activity was down in June 2026

Cornerstone Calgary experienced 10 crimes in June 2026, in comparison to 19 crimes the previous month, and 12 crimes in June one year ago. The Cornerstone community has an average of 16.8 crimes per month. On an annual basis, Cornerstone had a total of 202 crimes as of June 2026, which is up 57% in comparison to 129 crimes as of June 2025. Total Cornerstone community crimes is calculated as the sum of break & enters (dwelling, commercial, and other premises), theft from vehicles, theft of vehicles, assaults (nondomestic), commercial robberies, street robberies, and non-domestic ‘other’ violence.



Cornerstone Calgary had 2 break and enter (B&E) crimes in June, in comparison to 4 B&E crimes in May and 4 B&E crimes in June 2025. On an annual basis, Cornerstone had a total of 42 B&E crimes as of June 2026, which is up from 25 B&E crimes as of June 2025.



Cornerstone had 4 vehicle related crimes (theft of or theft from vehicles) in June 2026, in comparison to 11 vehicle related crimes in the previous month, and 4 vehicle related crimes in June 2025. On an annual basis, Cornerstone had a total of 106 vehicle related crimes as of June 2026, which is up in comparison to 64 vehicle related crimes as of June 2025.

Physical and social disorders are excluded from this article because a very low proportion of disorder-based calls for service result in crime reports. Physical and social disorders are often highly visible, occurring in public spaces; examples include public intoxication, panhandling, youth gangs, prostitution, littering, loitering and graffiti.
