Sunalta Crime Activity was up in June 2026

Sunalta Calgary experienced 12 crimes in June 2026, in comparison to 10 crimes the previous month, and 12 crimes in June one year ago. The Sunalta community has an average of 17.8 crimes per month. On an annual basis, Sunalta had a total of 213 crimes as of June 2026, which is up 61% in comparison to 132 crimes as of June 2025. Total Sunalta community crimes is calculated as the sum of break & enters (dwelling, commercial, and other premises), theft from vehicles, theft of vehicles, assaults (nondomestic), commercial robberies, street robberies, and non-domestic ‘other’ violence.



Sunalta Calgary had 6 break and enter (B&E) crimes in June, in comparison to 4 B&E crimes in May and 6 B&E crimes in June 2025. On an annual basis, Sunalta had a total of 52 B&E crimes as of June 2026, which is unchanged from 52 B&E crimes as of June 2025.



Sunalta had 2 vehicle related crimes (theft of or theft from vehicles) in June 2026, in comparison to 4 vehicle related crimes in the previous month, and 4 vehicle related crimes in June 2025. On an annual basis, Sunalta had a total of 109 vehicle related crimes as of June 2026, which is up in comparison to 38 vehicle related crimes as of June 2025.
