The Lower Mount Royal community experienced 11 crimes in December 2021, in comparison to 4 crimes the previous month, and 5 crimes in December one year ago. Lower Mount Royal experiences an average of 11.3 crimes per month. On an annual basis, Lower Mount Royal experienced a total of 135 crimes as of December 2021, which is down 24% in comparison to 178 crimes as of December 2020. Total Lower Mount Royal crimes is calculated as the sum of break & enters (dwelling, commercial, and other premises), theft from vehicles, theft of vehicles, assaults (nondomestic), commercial robberies, street robberies, and non-domestic ‘other’ violence.
