The Kincora Community
Association is advertising the Parade of Garage Sales for May 9. Your KCA
membership fee includes free advertising for your sale. If your home
participates, let the KCA know your address.

Enjoy Mother’s Day on May 10. Globally
recognized, the occasion we celebrate started in 1908.
·
Fete de la Reine/Victoria Day
is on May 18. Recognized as our monarch’s official birthday, this is a
distinctive Canadian observance that is also informally recognized as the start
of summer.

Symons Valley Park’s project
advances! Thank you to residents for shared their project feedback. Find out
more at the Symons Valley Park AGM.

Presales are open for tickets
to ALIBIS. In June, Symons Valley Players theatre murder mystery spoof will
perform at Symons Valley United Church.

Residents Association Updates

KRA board members are needed.
Due to only four of nine KRA board positions filled, the KRA will be putting
projects on hold until people resources are available.
·
Watch out for roadside workers.
Landscapers are doing spring cleaning in beds, planters, and turf areas. The
street sweeping schedule is posted on the City of Calgary website.

Kincora Boulevard NW
infrastructure work is expected to occur this year, yay!

The Kincora Residents
Association AGM is on Tuesday, June 30, 2026. Your AGM package will include a
proxy if you can’t attend. Your voice provides direction for your board.
Arrear HOA Accounts – KRA Fees Are Not
Optional
Check your KRA account balance anytime by
requesting an up-to-date account ledger. Submit a portal service request or
email [email protected]. This is free and can save you arrear charges.

Arrear owners having their
contact information verified incur a $25 late fee.
·
Arrear owners eligible to be
sent for collections incur a $25 administration fee for receiving a final
notice.
·
Arrear interest will be updated
in June. Interest is 18% per year.
·
Accounts forwarded for
collection will have legal fees added to their accounts.

accounts up to date. It’s because of you that some major projects have been
possible!
