Hello Fairview,
A big thank you to everyone who
helped make Fairview’s 20th Movie in the Park such a great evening!
We had a fantastic turnout,
especially considering how cold it was. Seeing so many families and neighbours
bundle up and come out to enjoy the activities and movie together made all the
planning worthwhile. Fairview certainly showed up—with a few extra layers!
A special thank you to our vendors
and suppliers for helping bring the evening to life:
·
Orbit’s
Bouncy Castles
·
Let’s
Have Fun Facepainting
·
Jerylle’s
Ice Cream
·
Olde
Fair Gourmet Popcorn
·
Fresh
Air Media / Fresh Air Cinema
We appreciate your part in making
this a fun evening for our community. Please keep these businesses in mind for
your own parties and events!
To the MITP team and all our
volunteers, thank you for the planning, organizing, setup, cleanup, and
everything in between. So much happens behind the scenes, and your time and
effort made this evening possible.
An extra big thank you to the
amazing teens who worked the concession! You were a huge help, and we really
appreciated your hard work and willingness to pitch in. It was great to see our
younger community members taking such an active role. A special thank you to my
wife, Nicole, for all her work, especially on the concession. I’m grateful for
the time and effort you put into making this event happen.
We’d also love to welcome more
teens to volunteer at future Fairview events. It’s a great way to gain
practical experience, build teamwork and customer service skills, meet people,
and give back to your community. If you’re interested—or know a teen who might
be—please reach out to the Fairview office.
Despite the chilly weather, it was
a wonderful evening and a reminder of what makes Fairview such a great
community. Thank you to everyone who helped and everyone who came out—you made
it a night worth celebrating!
