Hello Neighbours,
Spring has sprung in
Kingsland! Wishing a very Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible mothers in
our community.
Thank you to everyone
who supported our annual Plant Fundraiser!
A reminder that plant pickup will take place at the Community Hall on
May 10—please watch your email for your assigned timeslot.
The KCA, in partnership
with the City of Calgary Community Connectors, is excited to present Together
We Thrive—a community event showcasing local arts, crafts, and talents in a
mini market-style format. Join us at the Kingsland Community Hall on Sunday,
June 7 from 12:00 to 5:00 pm to support your neighbours and shop local.

Looking ahead, save the
date for Saturday, June 27 for our combined Cleanup Day (9:00 am to 2:00 pm) and
Neighbour Day Celebration. Garage trucks, recycling, and donation tables will
be available to help you declutter, followed by a community BBQ and fun area
for the kids. We’re also looking for volunteers—please reach out if you’d like
to help! [email protected].
We’re also planning a
Parade of Garage Sales the weekend prior—perfect timing for your spring
cleaning. More details to come.
Lastly, it’s time to
renew your Kingsland Community Association membership. Flyers will be arriving
soon, or you can renew anytime online at www.kingslandcommunity.ca/about-us/memberships.
