Chaparral Calgary experienced 8 crimes in June 2026, in comparison to 2 crimes the previous month, and 6 crimes in June one year ago. The Chaparral community has an average of 6.2 crimes per month. On an annual basis, Chaparral had a total of 74 crimes as of June 2026, which is down 14% in comparison to 86 crimes as of June 2025. Total Chaparral community crimes is calculated as the sum of break & enters (dwelling, commercial, and other premises), theft from vehicles, theft of vehicles, assaults (nondomestic), commercial robberies, street robberies, and non-domestic ‘other’ violence.
Chaparral Calgary had 2 break and enter (B&E) crimes in June, in comparison to 0 B&E crimes in May and 0 B&E crimes in June 2025. On an annual basis, Chaparral had a total of 12 B&E crimes as of June 2026, which is down from 28 B&E crimes as of June 2025.
Chaparral had 4 vehicle related crimes (theft of or theft from vehicles) in June 2026, in comparison to 2 vehicle related crimes in the previous month, and 2 vehicle related crimes in June 2025. On an annual basis, Chaparral had a total of 38 vehicle related crimes as of June 2026, which is up in comparison to 34 vehicle related crimes as of June 2025.
