Tri-city
Community Cleanup
SBHCA,
in partnership with Discovery Ridge and Signal Hill, will be hosting a
community cleanup on June 13, 2026. Check out the article in this newsletter
for further details. A big thank you to Behrokh Azarian, SBHCA Director, for being
the SBHCA lead on this initiative.
Blanket
Rezoning Repealed
The
City of Calgary repealed the blanket rezoning bylaw on April 8, 2026. New
zoning rules are set to take effect on August 4, 2026. This repeal restores
previous residential zoning designations and introduces new regulations for
residential properties. A big thank you to Stephen Carter-Edwards, SBHCA VP and
Director of Planning and Development, and Marshall Naruzny for all their hard
work on this file.
