Take notice, that the Annual General
Meeting of the Members of the New Brighton Community Association (the
“Company”), will be held online (can be changed in person – TBD) on Thursday,
June 11, 2026, at 7:00 pm (Calgary time) for the following purposes:
1.
To receive the Financial
Statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026;
2.
To establish the number of
Directors to hold office until the next Annual General Meeting and elect such
Directors;
3.
To elect the executive
positions from the Directors that will hold office until the next Annual
General Meeting;
4.
To transact such other business
as may properly come before the Meeting or any adjournment thereof.
This notice should be read in conjunction
with the information circular accompanying this notice.
