biggest event of the year! Head over to the Clubhouse on Saturday, July 11,
from 9:00 am to noon and join in on all the Western-themed fun. Dig into a free
pancake breakfast, try your luck at exciting carnival games, kick back with
live entertainment, and be sure to visit the petting zoo before you go!
Pickleball
Ages 11 to 15 Years

experienced, this program is designed to enhance their skills, provide
opportunities for friendly competition, and foster a vibrant pickleball
community. All equipment is provided.

Kids learn the basics skills &
techniques including: passing, shooting, and stick handling to develop and
expand their love of the game. Learn sportsmanship, teamwork and build
confidence while having fun.

Mini Art Camps
Ages 7 to 12 Years

Get creative at our four-day Mini Art Camp!
Kids will explore a variety of fun art styles and techniques while creating
their own unique masterpieces. Each day also includes outdoor games and
activities for the perfect mix of creativity and active fun.

Bollywood Zumba

Get ready to dance, move, and have fun!
This high-energy class combines Bollywood-inspired moves with Zumba-style
fitness for an exciting and upbeat experience. Kids will build confidence, stay
active, and learn fun choreography set to lively music.

Family Board Game Night
Every Thursday from 6:00 to 9:00 pm
Join the NBRA for a completely free
fun-filled evening of games, laughter, and connection! Bring something you want
to play, borrow from the New Brighton Game Hub, or come empty handed and go
with the flow!
Annual NBRA Fees
Residents of New Brighton are reminded that
the Annual New Brighton Residents Association Fees are now past due. Residents
are reminded that all delinquent accounts paid after April 30, 2026, are
subject to interest charges of prime plus 5% per annum and other charges
related to the collection of these fees.
Please see the timeline and method of
payment in the infographic on the following page. All accounts that remain in
arrears as of July 2, 2026, will be handed over to New Brighton Residents
Association’s legal counsel, Walsh LLP, to be resolved. As of July 2, 2026,
payments will no longer be accepted at the New Brighton Clubhouse. After July
2, 2026, all payments and communication regarding collection of fees must be
done directly with Walsh LLP. In addition to the outstanding fees and interest
charges, you will also be charged for legal costs associated with the
collection of fees, as determined by Walsh LLP.
