Street SW Construction Update

Construction along 8 Street SW is
underway, with pathway, sidewalk, and utility work taking place between early
April and July. Residents can expect some temporary closures and minor traffic
impacts in the area, but access to key routes and parking will be maintained
throughout.

Lot 6

Early April to early July

The entrance to Lot 6 will be
temporarily shifted slightly further north to accommodate pathway upgrades.
Parking access will remain available during construction.

Bow River Pathway to 3 Ave SW

Early April to early July

The west-side pathway along 8 Street SW
(north of 3 Ave) and its connection to the Bow River Pathway will be closed
for upgrades. Access to the pathway will be maintained via the east-side
sidewalk.

5 Ave to 8 Ave SW

Week of April 13 (approx. two weeks)

Short-term lane closures will occur on
both sides of 8 Street SW for utility work. Two-way traffic will be
maintained.
